All pricing on our website are for internet orders only. Pricing on our website will not be matched in our store.

If a product is not listed on the website, it is not available for sale on online orders.

Returns Policy:

All returns must be authorised by the following procedures. Authorised returns will result in a replacement product or a credit note.

We offer return policy on products that are classified as the following.

Express terms:

1.  Incorrectly shipped

2.  Unopened product

3.  Faulty product

4.  Damaged in transit

Otherwise due to the health risks from tampering, all products are considered to be sold on a “NO RETURN BASIS.”

We will not accept any opened product for return unless the product is returnable under the express terms of this returns policy.

Shipping Information:

We use Australia post for most of our internet orders for a flat fee of $10.00 and FREE for orders $200 or more.

All parcels will have to be signed for at the time of delivery.

Deliveries to an unattended address will be left a notice indicating pick up details at a nearby post office.

Goods picked up at the post office will still need to be signed for by anyone who can provide proof that they live at the delivery address or are authorised to do so.

We do NOT send goods to PO Boxes.
